CONTEST RULES (2019):

- Patrons may purchase a World Class BBQ SAMPLING KIT For $10 Between 12pm and 2pm **WHILE SUPPLIES LAST**

- BBQ Sampling Kits will include NINE 2oz portions of pulled or chopped pork SERVED BY EVENT STAFF AT THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE TENT ONLY (participants provide them to event staff who then randomly numbers them and distributes them equally). PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH COMPETITION TEAMS FOR SAMPLES - WE ALREADY HAVE THEIR SAMPLES & THEY ARE COMPETING FOR A LOT OF MONEY!

- We will reveal which entries were which numbers at 2:30pm once voting has concluded
